Absolutely no pets of any kind. No exceptions for size, breed, or stay length.
Severe pet allergies in the household — pet hair triggers reactions for guests after you.
Bringing a pet without prior written approval = immediate removal, no refund, plus a $500 deep-clean fee charged to your card.
Service animals (ADA): permitted by law. Notify us at booking so we can prepare.
Emotional Support Animals (ESAs): not service animals under the ADA and are not permitted in this short-term rental. Bringing an ESA without signing our ESA Disclosure & Acknowledgement (provided at checkout) constitutes immediate removal within 2 hours, full forfeiture of the booking, and the deep-clean fee.
