From Puerto Rico to Virginia, our paths led us to Tallahassee — where we found each other later in life. One spontaneous drive brought us to Port St. Joe, and something about this place just clicked. It felt like more than a town. It felt like a possibility.

We've thought about every detail of your stay — because when we're here, we notice everything. The morning light on the porch. The sound of the cart on the trail. The way the Gulf looks at sunset from the beach three minutes away. We want you to feel all of it.

We want every guest to have an amazing stay. These rules protect the home, our neighbors, and make sure the next guests can enjoy it just as much.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: after 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM sharp
  • Late fee: $50 first 15 min, $100 per 30 min after
  • Self check-in via keypad — code sent night before

  • Suite: max 3 guests
  • Main House: max 6 guests
  • Full Sanctuary: max 8 guests
  • Unregistered guests not permitted
  • No parties or events

Golf Cart

  • Complimentary during your stay
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Liability waiver must be signed before code is given
  • Cart code sent after waiver is returned
  • Any damage is guest's responsibility

  • No smoking anywhere on property
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Follow HOA and City of PSJ ordinances
  • Violations may result in removal without refund

No Pets — Strict Policy

  • Absolutely no pets of any kind. No exceptions for size, breed, or stay length.
  • Severe pet allergies in the household — pet hair triggers reactions for guests after you.
  • Bringing a pet without prior written approval = immediate removal, no refund, plus a $500 deep-clean fee charged to your card.
  • Service animals (ADA): permitted by law. Notify us at booking so we can prepare.
  • Emotional Support Animals (ESAs): not service animals under the ADA and are not permitted in this short-term rental. Bringing an ESA without signing our ESA Disclosure & Acknowledgement (provided at checkout) constitutes immediate removal within 2 hours, full forfeiture of the booking, and the deep-clean fee.
